FMR Group's Service Division is committed to providing our customers with capable, experienced and qualified service back-up.  Our Service team are trained in a wide array of skills including auto electrical, electronics, hydraulics, diesel engines and engineering, allowing us to respond to the requirements of our customers promptly and to provide the resources needed to assess an issue and affect a resolution in a fast and efficient manner.

Operating from our large and fully equipped workshop located in Rapaura Rd, the ‘Golden Mile’ of Marlborough’s vineyard region, FMR’s Service division provides their customers with a ‘Customer Care Package’ (CCP) that ensures crucial equipment such as vine sprayers, frost fans, grape harvesters and canopy management equipment is assessed annually by qualified technicians and is fully serviced and maintained to ensure maximum reliability during the season.

FMR provides a pick-up and delivery service to bring equipment from vineyard to our service centre with dedicated crane truck and trailer, saving customers the need of driving their tractor across the region.

ERO factory training

As one of FMR Group’s key suppliers, ERO in Germany has provided a factory trained technician to supplement and assist FMR’s own team of technicians for the weeks leading up to and throughout each vintage. This excellent provision is a clear example of the importance that both ERO and FMR place on providing their customers with fully trained and dedicated service backup.  

Service-When you need it, where you need it

FMR Group is committed to providing our customers with service they can rely on, when you need it, where you need it. Along with our fully equipped service facility in Rapaura, FMR operates a number of mobile service vehicles to enable rapid response to breakdowns and, where possible, to affect a repair in the field. This service is available 24hours, 7 days a week, with technicians from our team rotated through a roster to ensure that our service is maintained at all times.

During the two most critical periods of the year, the frost season and harvest, FMR technicians are not only rostered on duty but are ‘up and about’, ready to respond to the needs of our customers.
